Common Production Inquiries

"What's your minimum order quantity?"
Our standard MOQ is 150 pieces per color per style. For example, if you want a t-shirt design in 3 colors, the minimum order would be 450 pieces total. We evaluate each inquiry individually and can sometimes accommodate smaller quantities depending on product complexity and fabric availability.
"How long does production take?"
Sample production typically takes 7-10 business days. After sample approval, bulk production ranges from 20-25 days for smaller orders (150-500 pieces) to 30-40 days for larger orders (1,500+ pieces). Rush production is sometimes available with additional fees.
"Can you help with design and tech packs?"
Yes, we offer ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. If you have concepts but need help with technical specifications, our team can assist with pattern development, fabric selection, and creating complete tech packs. We work with brands at all stages of development.
"What information do you need for a quote?"
We need: product type, tech pack or detailed description, fabric specifications (type, weight, composition), estimated quantities by size and color, customization requirements (printing, embroidery, labels), and target delivery timeline. The more details you provide, the more accurate our quote will be.
"Do you handle shipping and export?"
Yes, we provide full logistics support. We can arrange sea freight (most economical), air freight (faster), or express courier shipping. We handle all export documentation, customs paperwork, and can coordinate door-to-door delivery. Shipping quotes are provided with production quotes.
"What payment terms do you offer?"
For new clients, we typically require 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment. Established clients with consistent order history may qualify for more flexible terms. We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal (smaller orders), and Letter of Credit (large volumes).
